This notice applies to the Custom Script feature of Yuki’s Room / SWTLOVE (swtlove.com) and forms part of our Terms of Service. The Service is provided by the Service operator under the public-facing business name SWTLOVE.

1. Where your script is stored, and who it is sent to

These are technical facts. Please read them before deciding to use the feature:

• The body of your script is stored in your own browser's local storage. It is not uploaded to our servers as a "work", and it is not shown to other players.
• However: when you start a conversation using that script, its contents are sent — as part of the prompt — to our AI provider. We currently use DeepSeek, whose servers are located in mainland China. This means your script content leaves your device and leaves Australia.
• Messages produced during the conversation are stored in our database as described in our Privacy Policy, so you can resume later.

2. You are fully responsible for what you put in

By using this feature you represent and warrant that:

• you hold the necessary rights to the script content, or your use of it falls within a lawful exception;
• the content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trade mark, personality, privacy or other rights;
• the content does not breach Australian law, or the law of the place where you are located.

Any third-party claim, demand, complaint or legal proceeding arising from content you supply is yours to bear and to deal with.

3. Prohibited content

Regardless of the fact that scripts stay on your own device, the following must never be placed into this service or used in interactions with its AI:

• Any sexualised content involving minors, including where a fictional character is described, implied or framed as a minor. This is an absolute line. There are no exceptions and "it's only fiction" is not an argument.
• Sexualised content depicting real people, or use of a real person's likeness, name or voice without consent;
• Content that glorifies or encourages non-consensual acts or sexual violence;
• Content inciting violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide;
• Hate speech, or content that demeans or harasses on the basis of a protected attribute;
• Another person's personal information or intimate imagery, or material used for doxxing, harassment or extortion;
• Content used to commit fraud, distribute malware, or circumvent security measures;
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Anything else unlawful under Australian law or the law where you are located.

Our AI provider also applies its own content policies. Even where content is not listed above, the model may still decline to generate a response. That is the provider's judgement, not a fault in this service.

4. What we will and will not do

What we will not do: we do not review your scripts in advance, and we give no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, legality or suitability of their content. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incoherent, or simply not what you expected.

What we will do: where we become aware that an account is using this feature for anything prohibited under section 3, we may disable the feature, suspend or terminate the account without prior notice, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required or permitted by law. Where sexualised content involving minors is involved, we will terminate the account outright and act as the law requires.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• this feature is provided "as is" and "as available". It is a beta feature and may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time without notice;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits, arising from use of or inability to use this feature;
• we are not responsible for the availability, output or policy changes of third-party AI providers;
• script bodies live in your own browser and may be lost if you clear browser data, change device, uninstall the app, or if the browser reclaims its storage. Keep your own copy. We do not hold a backup of your scripts and cannot recover them for you.

6. Age restriction

This service contains adult content and is for people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Custom Script feature you confirm that you meet that age requirement.

7. Changes

This notice may be updated as the feature evolves. Updates take effect when published on this page, which shows the last updated date at the top. We will notify you in-app of any material change.
